Alain BLONDLET
Founder
Statutory Auditor
He graduated from ICHEC, Brussels (Belgium), as a commercial engineer and started his career in a major international audit firm, in where he graduated as a certified auditor ("Réviseur d'entreprises") and reached a position of senior manager. He then put audit practise on hold to act as business controller in an asset management company before founding and running Audit Conseil Services. Alain is fluent in French, English and has a sound knowledge of Dutch, German and Italian.
Erik SNAUWAERT
Managing Partner
Certified Statutory Auditor
He graduated from EHSAL Brussel (Belgium) with a Master in Accountancy and Tax Sciences. Erik started his career in 1995 as auditor in a Belgian mid-sized audit company in which he is still active and performs audits in a wide variety of commercial and industrial companies. In Luxembourg, he joined Van Cauter-Snauwaert & Co Sàrl, in 2004 and specialized in audits of securitization vehicles and consolidated financial statements. Erik is fluent in Dutch, French and English and has knowledge of Spanish and German.
Ilias NTOUGAS
Managing Director

Ilias graduated from Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer (Belgium) with a Master in Finance and Economic sciences. He started his career in 1996 in an international audit firm in Brussels auditing commercial companies. He moved in Luxembourg in 2004 and joined another international audit firm serving clients in the asset management industry and more specifically management companies and investments funds (Alternative and UCITS funds). Ilias speaks French, English and Greek.
Jonathan MEERT
Managing Director

Jonathan graduated with a Master's in Business Management, specializing in Finance and Audit, from Haute Ecole Francisco Ferrer Brussels. Since 2012, he has acquired extensive experience in auditing companies in the commercial, industrial, and public sectors, becoming a reference in audit methodology. Additionally, he specializes in other assurance engagements, including contributions in kind, interim dividends, liquidations, and restructurings. Jonathan is a "Réviseur d'Entreprises agréé" and an "expert comptable" in Luxembourg. He is fluent in French and English and has knowledge of Dutch.
Amine AFFES
Audit Senior Manager
With over 7 years of experience as a Manager at ACSe Audit Conseil Services in Luxembourg, Mohamed Amine Affes brings a wealth of expertise in audit and consulting. Prior to this, he honed his skills as a Senior Auditor in an international audit firms for over 3 years. He holds a DSCG in Accounting and Finance from Aix-Marseille University, a Master's in Accounting, Control, and Audit from IAE Lyon III and the complementary training for trainee auditors from the University of Luxembourg. Currently, he is pursuing a diploma in chartered accountancy in France.
Delphine BORBELY
Audit Senior Manager
Delphine Borbely has over 8 years of experience at ACSe Audit Conseil Services, where she currently serves as Senior Manager Audit. . Before joining ACSe, she worked 9 years in different national and international audit firms. She holds a Master degree in Business Management, Auditing, and Accounting from UCLouvain FUCaM Mons and and the complementary training for trainee auditors from the University of Luxembourg.
